ORDERS WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION
All orders issued in European Union countries are shipped in accordance with the international trade rule known as DDP (“Delivery Duty Paid”), which requires that all taxes be included in the final price. Deliveries to Switzerland: The price of all items includes sales tax (Value Added Tax – VAT) as well as tariffs and processing costs. In case of return, the fees and processing costs will not be refunded.
CHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are not satisfied or satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products.
Write us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the change. Please, we need to know your order number and the items you want to return.

CANDELAJOIES.COM will proceed to make the refund within 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of the decision to return the purchase and will do so using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction.
ATTENTION: Changes or returns of pending are not allowed for health and hygiene reasons. Nor do we accept returns of items in our category of OUTLET or OFFERS.
At the moment we can only make changes in Spain. If you are wrong about ring size, we offer a free service to make a change. Write us to email@example.com and we will give you the instructions to follow to proceed to the change of size.

To proceed with an exchange or refund, all items must be in perfect condition, otherwise, CANDELAJOIES.COM will not accept the exchange or return.
Returns must be sent to our office, under the responsibility and costs of the buyer. The customer must ensure that the package arrives at our office without suffering any damage or loss and in any case it may take more than 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods.
In these cases, CANDELAJOIES.COM will reimburse the customer for all payments received, excluding shipping costs. It must also be the customer that assumes the direct cost of returning the product.
